Job description
Introduce and guide customers to visit the company's model houses and projects. Support and advise customers until the customers complete the required documents;
Care and maintain close relationships with customers after sales;
Find customer source, make a list of potential customers, persuade customers to buy;
Guide and support customers from depositing to signing the official sales contract;
Consult for customers to choose a house according to their needs and consulting financial solutions;
Research the market, update information related to real estate.
Requirements
Qualification and experience: Graduating from college or higher;
Advanced skill: Understanding the real estate market, the products of Nam Long Group is an advantage;
Possess a real estate practice certificate;
Able to work under pressure, willing to travel far away.
Competence
Time management, work planning skills;
Flexible handling skills;
Good adaptability to environmental changes;
Project presentation ability;
Good-looking appearance, agile, good communication.
