Job description

  • Build and be responsible for managing the sales team including sales professional;
  • Set up and lead the implementation of the sales team's plan, orient the sales plan of the business group in each period according to the general direction of the Project Manager; 
  • Be responsible for the overall performance and development of the sales team.

Requirements

  • Qualification and experience: University graduate or higher; 
  • 2 years of working experience in a similar position; 
  • Understanding the real estate market, the products of Nam Long Group is an advantage; 
  • Possess a real estate practice certificate;
  • Able to work under pressure, willing to travel far away.
